Vai Villas offers two spacious one bedroom Pacific Island style villas overlooking the magnificence of Titikaveka lagoon, a quiet and peaceful beach.
Should you be blessed by rain or sun, Vai Villas have large covered verandahs so you can enjoy every moment.
The Villas are airconditioned and fully screened for your comfort.

* Vai Villas Beach is located on one of the most beautiful beaches on Rarotonga at Titikaveka.
Local bus stop (1 min walk) - the bus service is a round the island service (both directions.
Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa (5 min ride)

Accommodation
The beach villas are tastefully decorated, very spacious and have breath taking views of the sea just a few footsteps away. They are separated by a large wide deck that is great for family’s or groups wishing to book both villas. Privacy screens are raised between the two if only one villa is your requirement.
Dining & Entertainment
The Villas are self-catering. Local supermarket (1 min walk). We can stock your cupboard for you if you require. Send a list of what you will need and we will send you a cost sheet itemizing all the costs. Our charge for this NZ$50.
The Villas are also close to several restaurants: Vaima. The Yellow Hibiscus and the Saltwater Café.

Activities
Vai Villas is located on one of the best beaches in Rarotonga. Enjoy relaxing on the beach or on your deck overlooking the beach and lagoon. Snorkel and swim in the lagoon. Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa is just a 5 min ride away for resort facilities. Wigmores Waterfall is a 3 minute ride away.
Vai Villas can recommend and book any tour/activity on the island. Our friendly staff are always available to assist.
Honeymoons
Vai Villas is the place where you will find the peace that you are looking for when you are away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life, and are perfect for honeymooners who wish to have their own private villa rather than be at a resort.
Weddings
The villas are a perfect venue for weddings of all sizes or other functions. The grass area between the villa’s sundecks and the over-the-beach deck is the perfect size for a marquee to accomodate up to 150 persons. A special deal is offered to wedding couples.
Groups & Conferences
VENUE RATES: The villas may be booked as a venue only for wedding’s or other events. The rates are as follows:-
- NZ$1,200 per day for provision of venue. This includes 3 nights accommodation for BOTH Villas only.
- NZ$250 cleaning and clearing bond.
- NZ$2,000 per day for provision of venue and organisation of event. This does not include the cost of hire of marquee etc.

Please note that if you are a guest at the Villa’s for a minimum of 3 nights there is no cost for the use of the venue for your wedding or event. We can however, make all other arrangements should you require for a fee. Please contact us for full details of what this entails.
Alternatively, provide us with details of what you would like and we can provide a range of event plans & quotes for you to consider.

Rates quoted above are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include 12.5% Value Added Tax (VAT).
Units are serviced every 3 days if required. There is an extra charge of NZ$30 per servicing.
Price includes: Welcome basket and a sample of Matutu the local beer upon arrival.

Payment Policies
We accept VISA and Mastercard for payment, regretfully our bank does not have facilities for other cards.
Deposits
Confirmed bookings will be acknowledged by return e-mail (or as requested)
Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be acknowledged by email/fax from Vai Villas. Cancellation fees for all reservations are as follows:
~ more than 45 days prior to expected arrival date: no fee
~ between 45 and 31 days of expected arrival date: 25% of booking
~ between 30 and 15 days of expected arrival date: 50% of booking
~ within 14 days of expected arrival, or no show: full payment, less any nights resold.
